The homes themselves are built to traditional Fletcher Residential standards using proven materials, traditional craftsmanship and, where appropriate, new technology. In addition the Sierra design and development team have the freedom to introduce elements of design that they feel will enhance the owner's lifestyle. These details are not always apparent at first glance. For that reason, we suggest spending a little more time than usual on your first tour of our homes in the company of one of our staff.
