Our stunning new showhome in Stage II of Millwater has just opened. The sports fields on Millwater Parkway are now complete and it is clear to see that our homes on Millwater Parkway have an uninterrupted view across towards the estuary and Orewa. Combine this with the numerous walkways, bushwalks and cycle tracks which have been put into the area, and it is easy to see why Millwater has become an appealing place to live.
The explosive growth spurt in Silverdale sees developments worth many hundreds of millions racing through construction.

included … Expandwill be a business complex called Silverstone, 150 retail stores in a new town centre, and a smaller retail zone of 50 shops in the Millwater development. Millwater with an estimated 3,000 houses, for approximately 10,000 residents, being built in stages, will link Silverdale to Grand Drive in Orewa via two bridges under construction. A mixture of low, medium and high density homes will be built during the next decade on more than 300 hectares.
